Here is my creation:
I stamped the "Open Hearts Medallion 432" onto parchment paper and added some white embossing powder and heat embossed my image. I then used my embossing mat and stylus' to etch the design. I then used PITT Artist pens to color in portions of my stamped image. I fussy cut around my medallion and added some pearls and ribbon and bow to finish off my card.
