My post didn't post for this challenge.  I am really not liking blogger right now.  So sorry for my post being late.......

It’s WHAT IF? Wednesday
and time for a new sketch challenge!
The sketch that Wendy designed for the Rock
Stars to follow is:

Here is my take on this sketch:

I have used the "4303-M Nap Time Fairy".  I stamped it onto Cryogen Iridescent White Card Stock and colored it with my Copics.  I also used a few of my new Spellbinder dies.  This is one of my favorite color combos, Teal and peach.......

Head on over to the House That Stamps Built blog and
see what the rest of the Rock Stars have created with
this great sketch.  While you are there why not enter
a creation that you have done following the sketch.

The rules are really simple......
Your card doesn’t even have to be made with Repeat Impressions stamps,
but if you would like to include our designs we would really love to see them!
Plus you will get an additional entry in our random.org drawing
for using our stamps in your submissions! Simply create a
card based on the sketch, upload your card to your blog
or Splitcoast gallery, then link your card to this post
Have Fun and I can't wait to see all the wonderful creations.

Whimsy Stamps Salute our Troops

Whimsy Stamps has some really FABULOUS digital images in their store.  Check out the Whimsy Stamps Store to see all the new images and rubber stamps and the dies......

For my card today, I have used a digital image and a sentiment set from StampArt Designs called "Raggedy Boy- Bless Our Troops" and " Raggedy Boy - Bless Our Troops Sentiments". As my husband was in the Navy, I felt the need to use this awesome digital image.  I kept my card pretty simple and only added a few black pearls in the corners.  My digital image is printed out onto Cryogen Iridescent white Card stock and colored in with my copics.  The sentiment was also printed onto Cryogen Iridescent White Card stock.

Here's a closeup of my colored image:

Also through July 31st, Whimsy Stamps is having a 25% off sale on their digital images.  So go check them out at the Whimsy Stamps Store......  Don't forget to check out the Whimsy Stamps Inspirations Blog to see what the Design Team has created using the digital images as well as the rubber stamps and dies....

Repeat Impressions has a new series of stamps that have just been released.  They are called the Summer Series 9000.  Go to the Repeat Impressions website to check them all out.  For this special occasion, the Rock Stars are having a Blog Hop to showcase these awesome new stamps.  As you hop along with the Rock Stars, pick up the different words to make a phrase.  Once you have collected all 10 words, email Wendy at wendy@repeatimpressions.com with all the words to be included in the draw for some awesome blog candy.  And if you get the phrase correct, then you get 2 chances in the draw for the blog candy.  The blog candy prize is the entire unmounted sheet of the new Summer Stamps.  You have until Tuesday July 19 at 8pm EST to send your words and the phrase to Wendy.  Check the The House That Stamps Built blog on Wednesday July 20th to see if you are the winner.....

Enough chit chat and now my card using these awesome new Summer Stamps:

I have used 3 stamps from the new Summer Stamps at Repeat Impressions.  I used "9001-L Butterfly lg", "9009-F Butterfly sm" and "9005-E Flutter By". I stamped the large butterfly onto my dp with brown ink and then stamped the small butterfly randomly on the same dp.  I also stamped the large butterfly onto vellum and cut it out.  I added some ribbon and a bow and then attached the vellum butterfly to my card.

The word to collect from my blog is "SUMMER".
