Reporter Henry

Here is some more inspiration from the Whiff of Joy stamps.   Today I used "Reporter Henry".

My card is 6" square. I colored in my image using Copics. I used my "cute banners trio die" to cut out the banner.  I used my "versatile shape die" and a sentiment from the "General Sayings II  collection".

Hope this will inspire some of you to get out those Whiff of Joy stamps or digi images and create with them.

Be Mine Couple

It's time for another SP&CO post.  This week is to Anniversary & CouplesWeek (can be valentine themed).   I used the really cute "Be Mine Couple" stamp set by Tina Wenke today. Just because the hugs are small doesn't mean they aren't full of love.

My card is 5x7" .  I stamped my image onto cryogen cardstock and colored it in using copics. I used one of my dies to cut it out and for the mat behind it. My DP is from My Minds Eye Lucky Love paper pad.  I added some lace and some buttons.

Copic Coloring With Little Blue Button Stamps

HI Everyone!!! Dawn here to show  you the steps I took to color the image Rag Doll Sweetheart  Stars Watching.  I color from dark to light and use a flicking technique.

Step 1:  Color the skin using E11, E00, E000. I also add some R20 for cheek color.
Step 2: Color the dress using R81, R83, R81 and add some deeper shading using C3.
Step 3: Color the stockings using C3, C1, and blender pen.  I want this to look white, but I gave it some shadows to show depth.
Step 4: Color her hair using E37, E35, E33, E31
Step 5: I grounded my image by making her sitting on the ground. I used W5, W3, W1.

This is the final colored image. Hope you were able to follow the steps to color in RDS Star.

Pirate Henry Sparrow

I am here on this fabulous day to show you my first project for the Whiff of Joy DT.  I used the image "Henry Sparrow".
Here is my project:

My card is 6" square.  I used some DP from  Wild Rose Studio Just for Men paper pack  .  I colored in my image using Copics. I used my "chevrons" die to cut out the chevrons.  I decided to let the image take center stage so I didn't add any other embellishments.

Hope this will inspire some of you to get out those Whiff of Joy stamps or digi images and create with them.
