Special Day!!

It's time for a new challenge over at the Polkadoodles Digi Choosday Challenges blog, the theme for the DT is Anything Goes but Special Birthday - Special Lady, but you can enter an Anything Goes project.

I have created a Card using an image from the Winnie Fruit Punch Big Bundle called " A Gift". In this bundle you will get some black and white images, some colored images and some design sheets and sentiments.

MHKD Dear Dad

Hello, friends! Im here today to show you another New February Release for the MHKDesigns Etsy Shop. Today we are featuring the "Dear Dad" digital stamp set:

Take a peek at my creation...

I just love this image from the  Dear Dad set!  I colored it using Copic markers. The sentiment was printed on the same paper and both were cut out using Gina Marie dies.  I used a larger die for the mat behind my colored image.  I layered some brown and orange plaid CS on my card base.  I  added some ribbon. I then attached my matted image. I attached my sentiment using some twine tied into a bow.

The Project Bin is a stamp company that makes snappy Sentiments.  I was able to use the "Autumn's Calling" stamp set to create my project.  This stamp set comes with 9 stamps.

I a die to cut out the lacy frame for my sentiment.  I used another die to cut out my white cardstock oval.  I then used my Misti tool to line up the sentiment stamp and stamped it onto the cut out. I layered some black and teal CS from on top of my card base.  I then added some ribbon and a bow. I then attached my matted sentiment. I then added some pearls.

Easter Wishes

MHKD Love Birds

Hello, friends! Im here today to show you another New February Release for the MHKDesigns Etsy Shop. Today we are featuring the "Love Birds" digital stamp set:

I just love this image from the  Love Birds set!  I printed out my image and sentiment onto some white CS.  I spritzed it using some Ranger Dylusions ink spray.  I then used a Gina Marie Die to cut out the image.   I used a larger die for the mat behind my image and sentiment.  I layered some yellow and teal CS on my card base.  I  added a strip of yellow CS to the right side of my card base. I used a ribbon die set and cut it out of yellow CS. I attached my matted image and then attached my bow.
