Sweet Stamps Christmas Resist

Today our challenge at Sweet Stamps blog is to create a card/project using Resist with a Christmas Theme. This is an awesome challenge, we want to see what you come up with for this theme. Can't wait to see what you all can come up with, but be sure to use a Sweet Stamps stamp....

Here is my creation:

 I used the "Crystal Snowflake" and the "Merry Christmas Script" on my card today.  I have to admit that I have never done the resist before, so I had to practice a little bit on the technique.  It was kinda fun.  I stamped my snowflake using the embossing ink and added clear embossing powder over the ink.  I then heated the embossing powder til it turned clear.  I then sponged on the Klondike Blue Shades Dye ink.  Once I had the blue looking the way I wanted, I then took a cloth and wiped off the blue ink from my snowflakes.  I added some sparkly ribbon, the Merry Christmas sentiment and a few charms to finish off my card.
