Here is my creation:
regular parchment for my "Tulip Bunny". I stamped Tulip Bunny onto the vellum with white dye ink and heat embossed it with white detail embossing powder. I etched the bunny white using the embossing mat and the soft grip stylus tools. I used the PITT markers to color the tulip and the bow. I then used the 4 split perforating tool to cut out my bunny.
I stamped the "Pretty Oval Frame" onto some rainbow vellum with white dye ink and I heat embossed it with white detail embossing powder. I etched some of the design and left some areas open.
I added some rainbow ribbon that matched the rainbow vellum and a bow.
