Sites, Tastes and Sounds of Summer

Here is my post for 613 Avenue Create Challenge Blog. Today I was assigned to use an image from  Bugaboo.    I chose to use "Ice Cream girl". 
The OPTIONAL TWIST: Your Own challenge, The sights, Tastes and sounds of Summer. 

Here is my anything goes card using the twist:  I'm using the Blue Skies, Ice Cream and Children for my twist today.....

Dandy Lion

I'm here on this wonderful Saturday to showcase a Scrapoholic Candy Shop cute digi stamp ! 
Meet Dandy Lion :



I printed out my image colored it using Copics -  E37, E35, E33, E31, Y15, Y13, Y11, YG67, YG63, G20. I then fussy  cut out my colored image.  I used  some dies and cut out the mats for behind my image.   I made a 6x6 card base with white card stock . I layered some brown and yellow CS on top of that. I added a punched border strip. I cut out some squares and cut them diagonally and added them to the top corners of my card. I attached my matted image to the center of my card front.

Snuggle Palz Cow

I'm here on this wonderful Saturday to showcase a Scrapoholic Candy Shop cute digi stamp ! 


I printed out my image colored it using Copics -   R20, T8, E44.  I then fussy cut out my colored image.  I used  a die to cut out the mats for behind my image.   I made a 6x6 card base with white card stock . I layered some black, white and pink CS on top of that. I added some ribbon strips and a bow and some pearls to finish off my card.

Hoppy Birthday

I'm here on this fabulous Wednesday to share with you one of Joy Clair's Stamp Sets.  The stamp set I'm showing today is called "Hoppy Birthday".  

 I stamped my image and sentiment using two of the stamps from the set.  I stamped my image onto cryogen CS and colored it in using Copics.  Copics used YG09, YG07, YG06, R22, YG21, YR09, YR07, YR04.   I then used a die to cut out my colored image and the sentiment. I used another die for the mats behind the image and sentiment.   I layered some green and orange CS onto my main card base and then layered a border strip with green, orange on my card front. I created a double bow using a die set and attached it to the right side on my strip. I attached the layered image and the sentiment to the card front as shown. I added some pearl swirl to finish off my card.

Meet Snuggle Palz Monkey:


I printed out my image colored it using Copics -  E37, E35, E31, R20 I then used my die to cut out my colored image.  I used  another die to cut out the mats for behind my image.   I made a 6x6 card base with white card stock . I layered some kraft CS on top of that. I added a punched border strip with ribbon attached to the center of my card.  I used another dies and cut out some smaller circles, I added those to the four corners. I added my matted image to the center of my card front.  I then added a bow to finish off my card.

Summer Breeze

Hi everyone!   This card is my DT card for the new challenge on the CCC Digi Creations Challenge Blog.   Our lovely sponsors for this challenge are A Day For Daisies and Robyn's Fetish.



Our theme for this challenge is 'Release the Glitter".  I was able to use an image from A Day For Daisies called "Summer Breeze".

The Copics I used are: YG67, YG63, G20, R85, R83, R81, Y15, Y13, Y11, E25, E23, E21, E000, E00, E11, R20.   The image is printed on Cryogen CS. I used a  Spellbinders Die to cut out my colored image and for the mat behind it.   I used a flower die for my corner.

Pin Wheel Cutie

I'm here on this wonderful Saturday to showcase a Scrapoholic Candy Shop cute digi stamp ! 
Meet Pinwheel Cutie:


I printed out my image colored it using Copics -  E27, E25, E21, E11, E000, E00, R20, B26, B24, B21, Y15, Y13, Y11.  I then used my die to cut out my colored image.  I used  another die to cut out the mats for behind my image.   I made a 6x6 card base with white card stock . I layered some yellow and blue CS on top of that. I added some triangles in the lower corner. I created some pinwheels out of yellow CS and added those to the top corners. I added my matted image to the center of my card front.

Thank You

I'm here on this fabulous Friday to share with you one of Joy Clair's Stamp Sets.  The stamp set I'm showing today is called "Paisley Bouquet".  


 I created a stamped background using one of the stamps from the set.  I stamped my stamp onto cryogen CS and colored it in using Copics.   I then used a die to cut out a circle from the colored background. I used another die for the mat behind the circle.   I layered some green and yellow CS onto my main card base and then layered a border strip with green, pink and white on my card front. I stamped my sentiment onto the white layer on the right side. I added a flower and some pearls to finish off my card.

Christmas in July at Whoopsi Daisy - July Challenge

Dark N Daring

It's July 3rd and that means it's time to kick off a brand new Challenge at Dark N Daring. It will be a blog dedicated to the sexier/darker/goth type images. The monthly challenges will be Anything goes as long as it's dark/sexy/goth, etc..... Today I used an image called " Bow  " by   Kenny K Stamps.


I printed my image onto cryogen cs and colored her in using copics.  Copics used : E11, E00, E000, R20, E35, YR24, YR21, YR20, V17, V15, V12 , Clear Spica glitter pen.  My card base is 6x6. I used some purple and white cs to mat my card base. On top of that I a border punch to create my 2 strips.   I used a die to cut out my colored image and for the mats behind it. I added some pearl border strips and a bow.
