Tic Tac Toe
I made a card featuring the lovely
I think it's such an awesome image!!
I colored it with my Copics and used a die to cut it out.
I matted it with purple scalloped oval.
I used an embossing folder with some yellow card stock and matted it with some purple.
I also added some pearls.
