Totally Stampalicious Sparkle Challenge

Every Monday Totally Stampalicious  issues a new challenge.  The challenge for this week is a to create a card with SPARKLE, use glitter, bling, anything to make your card shine.   Let's see what you can come up with using this theme. I have used "Stampalicious Scarlette" for my stamp/image today :)

Here is my card for today's challenge:

I stamped Scarlette onto white card stock and decided to leave her uncolored.  I used some really sparkly black striped cardstock (you can't really tell from the pics, but it is sparkly with glitter).  I also added one of the sentiments that comes with the stamp.  This is my first Black and White card.  I really like how it turned out, I may have to make more.

Hop on over to the Totally Stampalicious Blog HERE and check out the rest of the super talented Design Teams creations for your inspiration! I can't wait to see what wonderful creations come out of this awesome challenge! Happy crafting!!

Just Catching Up!!!!

Hello everyone!! I am here on this wonderful Friday with a project that uses "Catching Up" of the new A Year With Humphrey stamp Line.  I hope you enjoy it.

This week I made a 6"x6" Criss Cross Card.  This is a real easy card to make.  Humphrey is colored using Spectrum Noir markers.  I stamped my image a couple of times, and fussy cut certain pieces of the image so I could layer them on top of my main image to give it a 3-d look.

Here is a closer look at my image:

This card can also be made smaller if you wish.  I used the Ultimate tool for scoring my card stock/paper. It comes with a wonderful book that shows you how to make different types of cards/projects.  Check it out......

See you all next Friday with another project of another new release..

Crafter's Companion May Challenge

Hi Everyone!!!   Today is the 1st of May and that means it is time for a NEW challenge on the Crafter's Companion Challenge Blog.  This month our challenge to you is to make a project using a Crafter's Companion Stamp and the theme "Flowers".  We want you to create a project with the flowers in mind, it can be a card, layout, altered item, etc.  Just make sure you use a Crafter's Companion stamp in order to have a chance to win an awesome PRIZE.

Here is my creation for the May Challenge of Flowers:

I used one of the new stamps that are available at Crafter's Companion called "Swinging By".
I did something different this time, I used my Spectrum Noir markers on Kraft paper.  It turned out
pretty good.  In keeping with the theme of Flowers, I added some handmade flowers to the lower left corner of my card.
A closer look at my colored image:

So get out those Crafter's Companion stamps and start creating for this challenge and you could win the awesome prize mentioned above.

Make sure you go to the Crafter's Companion USA Challenge Blog to get all the details of how to enter, etc....
