Totally Stampalicious Rock a Bye Baby

Every Monday Totally Stampalicious  issues a new challenge.  The challenge for this week is "Rock A Bye Baby".   Let's see Create a Baby Card (welcome baby, baby's 1st birthday...).  I have used "Funny Strollers" for my stamp/image today :)
