Hi Everyone!!! I am here today on this wonderful Friday with a little Inspiration.
I thought I would share a card I made with you today. Here's a sneak peek at part of my card:
I used a stamp from the Strawberry Kisses Christmas Collection called "Just For You". Check out the really great selection of stamps, you will want them all.
Here is my finished card:
I made a criss cross pocket card, the directions can be found HERE. I, of course modified the directions so I could make a 6x6 square card.
I stamped my image 2 times and colored both using the Spectrum Noir Markers. These are some really great markers at a really great price. Check out
the whole range of colors..... Colors used: DR7, DR4, DR2, DG3, IG1, IG2, EB1, EB2, EB5.
I then fussy cut out the bottom present, the dog and the bow from the middle present and popped them up on top of the other colored image to give it a
bit of dimension. I used the Argyle embossing folder from Darice to give my red cardstock some texture. After I assembled my card, I decided to add a bit of sparkle to one of the presents, so I used some Moon Dust.
Here's a closer peek at my colored image:
Keep checking Crafter's Companion for the new releases that are happening all the time.
See you all next Friday with another creation, until then, Happy Stamping!!!!!

Sweet Stamps Favorite Technique
Today our challenge at Sweet Stamps blog
is to create a card using your favorite technique. This
is an awesome challenge, we want to see
what you come up with for this theme. Can't wait to see what you
all can come up with, but be sure to use a Sweet Stamps stamp....
Anyone can enter, but if you use a Sweet Stamps rubber stamp you get two entries into the challenge for a chance to win a $20 shopping spree. Visit the design team blog and you will see what everyone on the Design team has done.
I have many favorite techniques, but for my card today I chose to make an acetate card. I really love stamping on acetate. I stamped "Crystal Snowflake" onto the acetate using some Staz On white ink . I stamped the "stitched button snowman" onto white card stock and colored him using copics. I added some very small buttons to his buttons. I added some ribbon going down the center of my card crease and a double bow to finish off my card. The pictures aren't the greatest as I have yet to figure out how to take pictures of the acetate cards.
Be sure to visit Sweet Stamps blog and see what the rest of the team has created for you. And please join in on the fun!

Christmas Panda's
Hi Everyone!!! I am here today on this wonderful Friday with a little Inspiration.
I thought I would share a card I made with you today. Here's a sneak peek at part of my card:
I used a stamp from the Mulberry Woods Christmas called "Winter Wonderland". Check out this really great selection of stamps, you will want them all.
Here is my finished card:
I stamped my image 2 times and colored both using the Spectrum Noir Markers. These are some really great markers at a really great price. Check out the whole range of colors.....
I then fussy cut out the panda's and the trees from one of my colored images and popped them up on top of the other colored image to give it a bit of dimension. I added some border strips and a bunch of black pearls. My sentiment is from the "Christmas Wishes" stamp set, also from Mulberry Woods.
Here's a closer peek at my colored image:
After I created my card, my mind went back to when I was watching the Ultimate Advanced Techniques DVD. I really wanted to try to make a hinged box that Sara shows on the DVD. It uses the Boxer that attaches to the Ultimate Crafter's Companion tool. All the directions to create this type of box and others are on the DVD.
Here are a few pictures of my box:
And finally one that shows how it opens:
Such an awesome creation to give to someone. You can add something special inside the box for that someone.
Keep checking Crafter's Companion for the new releases that are happening all the time.
